While south central and southeast Wisconsin experienced temperatures in November that were 2 to 4 degrees below average, the November global temperature was the highest on record! The period of record for November is a 134-year period. November 2013 marks the 37th consecutive November and 345th consecutive month (more than 28 years) with a global temperature above the 20th century average.
