December 2013 and 2013 Annual Summary

The month of December was roughly 4-7 degrees below average across southern Wisconsin. Precipitation was slightly below average, but snowfall in Madison was 8.6 inches above average and snowfall in Milwaukee was 8.7 inches above average for the month.
