Jan 6, 2014 Cold Air Outbreak Summary

Temperatures on Jan 6 across southern Wisconsin were about
10 degrees above record low
values for that date. However, they fell
to values not seen since 1996. High temperatures of -3 to -9 deg F
occurred just after midnight and dropped steadily through the
morning before tapering off around -13 to -16 during the afternoon.
