Latest Measurable Snowfall in the Twin Cities

 Measurable snow is back in the forecast for much of central and southern Minnesota and into west central Wisconsin.  Normal snowfall for the month of May in the Twin Cities is 0.1 inch.  The following table shows the top ten latest measurable snowfalls for the Twin Cities area for the period 1885-2009.  Measurable snowfall means a snow amount of at least 0.1 (one tenth) of an inch.
