If you need more a more detailed forecast for a location, you may find the Hourly Weather Graph helpful. What is the Hourly Weather Graph? It's a tool that retrieves information from our digital forecast database and displays the forecast in a graphical format.
Using the Hourly Weather Graph is easy.
1. From our webpage, www.weather.gov/marquette, choose a location on the map where you need a forecast. Also, on the left side of the page you can enter a city name or zip code to find your local forecast anywhere across the country. This will bring you to the local forecast page for the location you chose.
2. On the lower right part of the local forecast page there is a section titled "Additional Forecasts & Information." Simply click on the link in that section that reads "Hourly Weather Graph."
Explore the page, you can change what weather elements you want to display and the time and day for which the graph displays the forecast. The Hourly Weather Graph can also be used for marine locations to display wave heights and other useful data. Use caution for marine locations, as the values will represent a single point on a map and not surrounding areas or a specific route.
