The U.P. had yet another taste of Fall this morning as high pressure remained over the area and again allowed for calm winds and mostly clear skies. This allowed strong radiational cooling to occur throughout the night, which produced unseasonably cool temperatures overnight. Temperatures were not quite as cool as Tuesday morning; however, it was cool enough in many locations to allow frost to form. A list of the low temperatures observed across the area this morning is shown below.
