Looking at the data above, it looks like 2013 comes in first place for the highest snow depth on Easter day (though keep in mind the actual day varies). Though we did get 2.1 inches of snow for Easter 2013, this year came in second for the highest snowfall only to 2008 when there was 5.4 inches!

 

As far as how our current snow depth matches up for March 31 from 1961-2013 at NWS Marquette: We're tied with 1972 for 4th place!
