Weekend Snow

Most of the accumulating snow was shifting into southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa as of Saturday evening.  A winter weather advisory remains in effect for that area south and southeast of Omaha and Lincoln into Sunday morning where total snowfall of 2 to 5 inches is possible.  Otherwise bitterly cold wind chill values were overspreading eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, and wind chill advisories or wind chill warnings are or will be in effect for much of the area.
