A low pressure system will move through the region tonight and Sunday. A mix of rain...sleet and snow is likely across northeast Nebraska into west central Iowa beginning this afternoon and continuing into the evening. A change to all snow will begin in northern parts of northeast Nebraska late today, and progress southeast overnight. Some bouts of heavy snow is likely northwest of an Albion to Norfolk and Wayne line, with the heaviest snow accumulations occuring near the South Dakota border. Snowfall by mid Sunday morning will reach 5 to 8 inches in some areas, with those amounts tapering off to only a dusting south of Columbus and Tekamah.
