OCCURRED ON ONLY ONE DAY...THE 24TH...WHICH TIES WITH THREE OTHER
YEARS FOR THE FEWEST 90+ DEGREE JULY DAYS ON RECORD.  THE 24TH IS
ALSO THE SECOND LATEST ON RECORD TO HIT 90+ IN JULY. 

JULY WAS SLIGHTLY DRIER THAN NORMAL WITH 3.65 INCHES OF RAIN...WHICH
WAS 0.21 INCH BELOW NORMAL FOR THE MONTH.  OVER HALF THE MONTHLY RAIN
