From Gavin's Point Dam near Yankton, SD to Rulo, NE, the Missouri river reached the highest level or the highest level since 1952 for most of the area. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is planning to slowly diminish releashes from Gavin's Point Dam through the end of August into early September.
