Chances of much-needed rainfall to continue through early next week

After a dry start to the summer, a weak cold front brought much-needed rainfall to parts of our region Thursday. The rainfall deficit was reduced in many locations. More showers and thunderstorms are possible at various times through early next week. A hotter and drier pattern appears likely later next week.
