El Paso County Snowstorm February 20-21 2013

Snowfall was heavily concentrated over southern and eastern portions of the Colorado Springs Metro area due to intense, heavy convective cells that moved through that area. At one point last evening, snow was falling at the rate of 4.5 inches per hour in the Fountain area. Fountain ended up with over 10 inches of snow, the highest amount reported in El Paso County.
