A weak Pacific storm system approaches from the southwest today

A weak upper low that has been just off the central Californina coast that past 2 days will bring areas of light snow to western Wyoming this afternoon. Warmer conditions are expected in the mountains and in Johnson and Natrona counties today with cold conditions remaing in the basins and valleys of the west and central portions of the state. High temperatures will struggle to reach the low to mid teens in these areas.
