     A SLOW-MOVING COLD SPRING STORM SYSTEM PRODUCED WIDESPREAD RAIN AND
SNOW ACROSS WEST AND CENTRAL WYOMING SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY
NIGHT.  ONE-HALF TO THREE-QUARTER INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WERE
COMMON ACROSS THE NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS AND IN THE LANDER
AND CASPER AREAS.   THE FOLLOWING ARE TWO DAY PRECIPITATION TOTALS
