October 27-28 Winter Storm - Updated Snowfall Totals

Wrap-around moisture from a low pressure system moving through the central plains will continue to produce snow across far eastern Wyoming today.  Southeast Wyoming remains under winter storm warnings.  Across the western two-thirds of Wyoming, conditions will continue to improve throughout Thursday.
