A significant late-season storm system continues to drop copious amounts of rain and snow east of the continental divide. Rain and snow will continue through much of Friday before the system finally lifts into southeast Montana Saturday. The main area of heavy precipitation was centered over the Wind River Basin Wednesday night through Thursday evening. The focus has now shifted into the Big Horn Basin, Johnson County as well as the Bighorn and Absaroka mountains.
