Winter Storm Summary Banner

A quick moving winter storm brought widespread snowfall across areas east of the Continental Divide as well as southwest Wyoming with more spotty and lighter snowfall across far western and northwest Wyoming.  The heaviest snowfall occurred in Kemmerer and in the Casper area.  8 inches of snow fell in Kemmerer while Casper saw between 4 and 7 inches of the white stuff.  Otherwise much of the rest of western and central Wyoming saw mainly light snowfall amounts in the 1 to 3 inch range.  Please see the snowfall map or table below for more snowfall totals.
