...Spring 2007 Fifth Warmest On Record for United States...

The National Climatic Data Center has stated that Spring 2007 ranks as the fifth warmest ever recorded for the contiguous United States.  Missouri saw its third warmest Spring ever recorded, while Kansas had its ninth warmest Spring.  In terms of precipitation, Missouri saw its 41st driest Spring, while Kansas saw considerably more rainfall during the month, ranking as the 16th wettest.
