...SUMMARY...
A TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN NEAR THE WASHINGTON AND MARSHALL COUNTY 
BORDER AND THEN SKIPPED ON A PATH NORTHEAST TOWARD MARYSVILLE.  
SIGNIFICANT EF2 DAMAGE WITH WINDS TO AROUND 130 MPH WERE NOTED AT
THE MAXIMUM INTENSITY.  THE TORNADO MOVED NORTHEAST AND IMPACTED  
AREAS NORTHWEST OF THE CITY BEFORE LIFTING.
