...SUMMARY...  
A STRONG EF3 TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN AROUND 410PM APPROXIMATELY 
4 MILES  WEST OF CORNING ON TUESDAY MAY 28TH. 
THE TORNADO MOVED SLOWLY EAST AND TURNED NORTH NORTHEAST BEFORE DISSIPATING. 
THE TRACK WAS  APPROXIMATELY 4.4 MILES AND THE TORNADO WIDTH WAS ESTIMATED TO BE  
1200 YARDS. A SECOND TORNADO BRIEFLY TOUCHED DOWN AND PRODUCED EF1 DAMAGE  
APPROXIMATELY 1.5 MILES NORTHEAST OF CORNING. 
THIS TORNADO OCCURRED  AROUND 445 PM AND DID DAMAGE TO ONE HOME BEFORE LIFTING.
