Cold Wind Chills Continue through Wednesday

February 1, 2011 - Wind chill values will drop to -20 to -35 degrees across the Black Hills region Tuesday night through Wednesday morning, prompting a Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 11 AM MST (Noon CST) Wednesday.  Air temperatures will drop to -10 to -25 degrees overnight with 5 to 15 mph winds the frigid wind chill readings.  At 30 below zero wind chill values, a person can get frostbite on exposed skin in about 15 minutes.
