The National Weather Service is conducting research to better serve your needs through its annual customer survey (available at http://svy.cfigroup.com/launch/NWS) through October 22. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete and does not need to be finished at one time. Additional sections of the survey focus on hazardous weather, marine, and aviation services.
