First Accumulating Snow expected for western South Dakota

The plains of western South Dakota will see its first accumulating snowfall today as a storm system crosses the northern Plains, providing significant moisture across the area.  Three to seven inches of snow is expected over the Black Hills, with one to four inches of snow falling on the plains.  Read the latest statement about the storm.
