Yet another round of severe weather impacted the region Friday night, bringing hail, strong winds, and even isolated tornadoes.  One such tornado struck the small community of Poole in western Kentucky late in the evening.  Following is a damage assessment of the storm that produced the tornado damage.

* INJURIES.....2 MINOR

* FATALITIES.....NONE

* DAMAGE DETAIL.....3 HOMES WITH ROOF COMPLETELY REMOVED ON THE
  WEST AND NORTH SIDE OF POOLE. SEVERAL HOMES IN POOLE WITH
  PARTIAL LOSS OF SHINGLES AND DAMAGE PRIMARILY BY FALLEN TREES.
  SEVERAL GARAGES DAMAGED OR DESTROYED IN POOLE. SEVERAL GRAIN
  BINS AND BARNS DESTROYED ALONG THE UNION/WEBSTER COUNTY LINE
  ALONG HIGHWAY 56 AND ON RAY MELTON ROAD. BARN AND GARAGE
  DESTROYED BETWEEN POOLE AND ROBARDS WITH MANY DOZENS OF TREES
  UPROOTED OR SNAPPED ALONG THE ENTIRE DAMAGE TRACK.
