A description of "This Period is Clear" for a given time period indicates that none of the hazards listed in the Outlook are expected during that time frame.

Fire

HighRed Flag Warning for part or all of the area. This means that the expected relative humidity will be less than 25%, the 20 foot sustained wind speed will be >15 mph, and the ten hour fuel stick moisture is <9%. These three criteria must be met, or on the advice/request of a fire weather manager.

Fog
