RH VALUES WILL BECOME RATHER LOW ACROSS THE REGION TODAY...RANGING
FROM THE UPPER TEENS TO LOW 20S. WINDS WILL STAY RATHER LIGHT OVER
EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE FORECAST AREA...BUT THEY WILL BECOME
BREEZY ALONG AND WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER...FROM A SOUTHEAST
DIRECTION. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE ON THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN
APPROACHING COLD FRONT...WHILE THE AIR MASS REMAINS FAIRLY
DRY...ESPECIALLY FOR EASTERN AREAS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH
THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT BRINGING A WIND SHIFT TO THE
NORTHWEST...ALONG WITH A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
