.DISCUSSION...
AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION WILL PRODUCE LIGHT WEST
TO NORTHWESTERLY WINDS TODAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL FALL AS
LOW AS 18 PERCENT...ESPECIALLY FOR LOCATIONS WEST OF THE JAMES
RIVER VALLEY. FIRE WEATHER IS A CONCERN ON SATURDAY AS SOUTHERLY
WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL COMBINE WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
IN THE LOWER 20 PERCENT RANGE TO PRODUCE HIGH AND VERY HIGH FIRE
DANGER.
