EASTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION TODAY AS RH VALUES
ONCE AGAIN DROP TO AROUND 20 PERCENT IN THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.
WINDS SPEEDS WILL STAY OUT OF CRITICAL VALUES...BUT THE AIR MASS
WILL REMAIN DRY NONETHELESS. INCREASING AFTERNOON HUMIDITY IS
STILL FORECAST INTO MID WEEK AS LOW LEVEL MOISTURE AND RAINFALL
CHANCES INCREASE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. BREEZY SOUTHEAST
WINDS ARE IN STORE FOR TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.

ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH
POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
