AT 547 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH
FLOODING IN DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN BETWEEN THE MALL AND THE HIGH SCHOOL.
WHILE THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS DIMINISHED...DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS
ADDITIONAL ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN COULD MOVE BACK INTO THE AREA.
