WARM...BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP THURSDAY...WITH SOUTH/SOUTHWEST
WIND GUSTS OVER 15 MPH. THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD
DROP NO FURTHER THAN THE 35 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE DURING THE
AFTERNOON AS MORE MOISTURE HAS MOVED INTO THE REGION.

RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE STARTING THURSDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUE
THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
