.DISCUSSION...AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVE OVER THE BURNSITE
THIS AFTERNOON BRINGING COOLER TEMPERATURES AND THE CHANCE FOR
RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS. WINDS WILL BE
GUSTY FROM THE NORTH.  SHOWERS WILL DECREASE THIS EVENING WITH
DRY CONDITIONS MOST HOURS TONIGHT. THE UPPER LOW WILL MOVE
SOUTH OF THE BURNSITE THURSDAY...AND WINDS WILL INCREASE
FURTHER FROM THE NORTHEAST. CONDITIONS WILL DRY AND WARM
ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...AND WINDS WILL DECREASE SOME.
