THROUGH 11 AM CDT...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT PORTIONS OF SOUTH TEXAS AND
THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS. THE HEAVIER ACTIVITY IS CURRENTLY
LOCATED WEST OF A CROSS TO BENAVIDES LINE AND WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST. RAINFALL SHOULD GENERALLY BE MODERATE TO
OCCASIONALLY HEAVY WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN
INCH AN HOUR. HOWEVER...ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS OF AN INCH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM THAT OCCUR. RESIDENTS AND MARINERS
SHOULD ALSO PREPARE FOR CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING AND BRIEF GUSTY
WINDS.
