* VISIBILITY: FREQUENTLY LESS THAN 1/4 MILE.

* IMPACTS: TRAVEL IN THE RED RIVER REGION OF SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA
  AND ADJACENT PARTS OF NORTH TEXAS WILL BE DIFFICULT.
