...THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS OF
THE SOUTHERN PLAINS...

...HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE OVER PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS...

A QUASI-STATIONARY FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE MID-ATLANTIC WESTWARD
TO THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS WILL SLOWLY WEAKEN BY THURSDAY MORNING.
 THE BOUNDARY WILL AID IN TRIGGERING AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG AND NEAR THE FRONT.  RAIN WILL DEVELOP
ALONG THE FRONT DURING NIGHTTIME AND MORNING HOURS THROUGH
THURSDAY.  IN ADDITION, UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST
WILL AID IN PRODUCING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS OF
FLORIDA AND THE SOUTHEAST COAST.

A FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS SOUTHWESTWARD INTO
THE GREAT BASIN WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS
THEN ROUGHLY WESTWARD TO THE CENTRAL ROCKIES BY THURSDAY.
MOISTURE FLOWING NORTHWARD OUT OF THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO WILL
MOVE INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
DEVELOP AHEAD OF A DRYLINE OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING.  AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS/THUNDERSTORMS
WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE GREAT BASIN/SOUTHWEST TO PARTS OF
THE ROCKIES THROUGH WEDNESDAY.  NIGHTTIME AND MORNING RAIN WILL
ALSO DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE CENTRAL ROCKIES TO THE NORTHERN
HIGH PLAINS AND EXPANDING ONTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS BY WEDNESDAY
MORNING.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE
NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS BY WEDNESDAY EVENING/THURSDAY MORNING.
AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH
NIGHTTIME AND MORNING RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE GREAT
BASIN INTO THE NORTHERN ROCKIES WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.  RAIN AND
SNOW WILL ALSO DEVELOP OVER SOME OF THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF
PARTS OF THE ROCKIES INTO THE SIERRAS.
