THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA
PANHANDLES.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN
TEXAS PANHANDLE AND FAR EASTERN OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED...HOWEVER...A FEW STRONG
STORMS ARE POSSIBLE WITH HAIL UP TO PENNY SIZE AND WIND GUSTS
EXCEEDING 50 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY ACROSS THE
OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES. THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE PANHANDLES
COULD APPROACH CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR A FEW HOURS ON WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.

AREA FIRE MANAGERS AND EMERGENCY OFFICIALS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
ELEVATED OR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
