  WITH WIND WAVES 3 TO 4 FEET IN NORTHERN WATERS...AND 5 TO 6
  FEET IN SOUTHERN WATERS.

* AREAS AFFECTED: BEYOND 3 NM FROM SHORE. STEEPEST SEAS EXPECTED
