A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT...MOST RAINFALL AMOUNTS
BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 3 AM WILL AVERAGE BELOW 1/4 INCH. INCREASING
DEW POINT TEMPERATURES OVER THE AREA SUGGESTS THAT SOME HEAVIER
RAINFALL RATES OVER ONE INCH PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 5
AM.
