* TIMING...WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGH LATE
  MORNING...AND WILL BE STRONGEST DURING THE EARLY AND MIDDLE
  PORTIONS OF THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH TOWARD
  SUNSET.

* WINDS...WEST WINDS WILL GUST FROM 40 TO 45 MPH AT TIMES...
  MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING ON NORTH SOUTH ORIENTED ROADWAYS...SUCH AS
  INTERSTATE 55...INTERSTATE 57...AND INTERSTATE 39...MAY BECOME
  DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. UNSECURED
  OUTDOOR ITEMS WILL BE BLOWN AROUND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH OR FREQUENT
GUSTS OF 45 MPH OR HIGHER ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
