PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED OVERNIGHT AS TEMPERATURES
FELL INTO THE 40S. A COMPLEX STORM SYSTEM ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS
WILL APPROACH WISCONSIN TODAY. RAIN WAS ALREADY BREAKING OUT ACROSS
MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN THIS MORNING...BUT THE SLOW MOVING
SYSTEM AND DRY AIR IN PLACE ACROSS EASTERN WISCONSIN WILL SLOW THE
EASTWARD PROGRESSION THIS MORNING.

RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WITH A MORE
STEADIER RAIN EXPECTED TONIGHT AS THE SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE
REGION. UNSETTLED CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION
THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AS A SLOW MOVING UPPER LOW MOVES
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION. BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK...WITH EVEN THE POSSIBILITY OF
SOME SNOW AT TIMES DURING THE LATE NIGHT AND MORNING HOURS.
