HIGH CLOUDS WERE SPREADING INTO MINNESOTA AND IOWA FROM THE PLAIN
STATES EARLY THIS MORNING...WHILE THE REST OF THE REGION WAS CLOUD
FREE. LOWS SO FAR RANGED FROM NEAR FREEZING OVER NORTHERN
WISCONSIN...TO NEAR 40 ACROSS EASTERN IOWA.

HIGH CLOUDS WILL FILTER WEST TO EAST ACROSS THE REGION...WITH
PERHAPS A FEW SPRINKLES ACROSS PARTS OF MINNESOTA. HIGH TEMPERATURES
WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 60S OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE MID
70S OVER EASTERN IOWA. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM NEAR FREEZING
OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE LOWER 40S OVER EASTERN IOWA.

LOOKING AHEAD...THE PERIOD OF AT OR ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL
CONTINUE INTO THE WEEKEND. THERE WILL BE SMALL RAIN CHANCES FOR
PARTS OF EASTERN WISCONSIN WEDNESDAY...AND A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS OVER
MINNESOTA ON FRIDAY. OTHERWISE...THE NEXT BEST CHANCE FOR WIDESPREAD
RAIN WILL HOLD OFF UNTIL SUNDAY NIGHT.
