STRONG LOW PRESSURE LIFTING INTO LOWER MICHIGAN CONTINUED TO
SPREAD LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF WISCONSIN AND NEARBY
AREAS THROUGH THE LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT HOURS. RAIN AMOUNTS
OF ONE-QUARTER TO ONE-HALF INCH WERE COMMON. NORTHWEST WINDS WERE
INCREASING ACROSS MUCH OF MINNESOTA AND IOWA BEHIND THE
LOW...BRINGING IN COOLER AIR. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES WERE
IN THE MID 30S TO LOW 40S ACROSS MUCH OF MINNESOTA AND IOWA...TO
THE LOWER 50S IN SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS.

THE LOW WILL LIFT NORTH INTO ONTARIO TODAY...WITH THE STEADIER
LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN EXITING ALL BUT FAR NORTHEAST WISCONSIN
THIS MORNING. IT WILL BE A WINDY AND COOLER DAY ACROSS THE UPPER
MIDWEST BEHIND THIS LOW. WIND ADVISORIES ARE POSTED FOR MUCH OF
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST IOWA WHERE WINDS
COULD GUST UP TO 45 MPH. ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE REGION...NORTHWEST
WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH GUSTING 30 TO 40 MPH WILL BE COMMON. WIDELY
SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION THIS
AFTERNOON. LOOK FOR HIGHS TODAY MOSTLY IN THE 40S TO LOWER 50S.

IT WILL REMAIN BREEZY TONIGHT WITH COOLER AIR CONTINUING TO SPREAD
INTO THE REGION BEHIND THE DEPARTING LOW. SOME RAIN OR SNOW
SHOWERS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTHEAST HALF OF THE
REGION. LOWS TONIGHT ARE GOING TO RANGE FROM SOME UPPER 20S ACROSS
NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND FAR NORTHERN WISCONSIN...TO THE UPPER 30S
IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS.

LOOKING AHEAD...TUESDAY WILL BE COOL AND BREEZY ACROSS THE UPPER
MIDWEST. SCATTERED RAIN OR SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH
OF WISCONSIN AND NEARBY AREAS.
