THE AREA REMAINED UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LOW PRESSURE OVER LAKE
SUPERIOR OVERNIGHT AND BROUGHT CLOUDY SKIES ALONG AND EAST OF THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE TEENS ACROSS
PARTS OF NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S ACROSS
EASTERN WISCONSIN.

MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION THIS
MORNING. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MIDDLE 20S TO MIDDLE 30S. HIGH
PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN DAKOTAS IS EXPECTED TO BUILD INTO
WESTERN MINNESOTA AND PROVIDE PARTLY SUNNY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES
ACROSS THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN BELOW NORMAL...WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES CLIMBING INTO THE 30S.

THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BE IN CONTROL OF THE REGION TONIGHT
AND PRODUCE MOSTLY CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. LOW TEMPERATURES
ARE EXPECTED TO FALL INTO THE TEENS.
