SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A COLD FRONT SLIDING
EASTWARD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST BROUGHT GUSTY WINDS, HEAVY RAIN
AND HAIL TO MUCH OF THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY DURING THE EVENING
HOURS. AFTERNOON HIGH TEMPERATURES ROSE INTO THE LOWER 80S REGION
WIDE.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ALONG AND AHEAD OF
THIS FRONT INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT TONIGHT
WILL DROP INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 50S. THE THREAT OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ON MONDAY WILL BE CONFINED MOSTLY TO IOWA...ILLINOIS
AND POSSIBLY FAR SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY WILL
DROP BACK SOME...WITH HIGHS FORECAST TO BE IN THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER
70S.
