SYNOPSIS FOR FLAGLER BEACH TO JUPITER INLET OUT 60 NM-
1003 AM EDT WED MAY 6 2015

.SYNOPSIS...A DEVELOPING SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AREA NEAR THE
NORTHWEST BAHAMAS WILL LIFT NORTHWARD OFFSHORE FROM EAST CENTRAL
FLORIDA TODAY AND MOVE OFFSHORE FROM NORTHEAST FLORIDA LATE
TONIGHT. NORTHEAST TO NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON
AS THE LOW PRESSURE AREA MAKES IT CLOSEST APPROACH TO EAST CENTRAL
FLORIDA. HAZARDOUS WINDS AND SEAS WILL DEVELOP TODAY WITH SEAS
BUILDING TO 5 TO 7 FEET ACROSS THE NEAR SHORE ATLANTIC WATERS AND
UP TO 8 TO 9 FEET ACROSS THE OFFSHORE GULF STREAM WATERS. A
LINGERING SWELL WILL MAINTAIN HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS INTO
THURSDAY...BUT CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE THROUGH THE LATTER HALF OF
THE WEEK AS THE LOW PRESSURE AREA MOVES ACROSS THE CAROLINAS. A WEAK
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER SOUTH FLORIDA THROUGH THE
WEEKEND...ALLOWING FOR FAVORABLE WINDS AND SEAS TO DEVELOP ACROSS
THE LOCAL ATLANTIC WATERS.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...SEAS BUILDING TO 7 TO 9 FEET ACROSS THE
OFFSHORE GULF STREAM WATERS INTO THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
