AT 755 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR NARRAGANSETT BAY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SAKONNET POINT LIGHT...WEST ISLAND IN BUZZARDS BAY...QUONSET POINT...
BUZZARDS BAY ENTRANCE TOWER...SACHUEST POINT...DUTCH HARBOR LIGHT...
CASTLE HILL LIGHT...BUZZARDS BAY...BRISTOL HARBOR...ROUND HILL
POINT...PLUM BEACH LIGHT...NARRAGANSETT BAY...MELVILLE...ROCKY POINT
AND THE WEST END OF CAPE COD CANAL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. CONSIDER HEADING FOR SAFE HARBOR OR REMAINING
BELOW DECK UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING WAS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. HEAD TO SAFE
