THERE IS STILL PLENTY OF DRY AIR IN PLACE ACROSS THE REGION
TODAY...WHILE WINDS BECOME 10 TO 15 MPH FROM THE EAST.
HOWEVER...CLOUD COVER SHOULD BE INCREASING AS THE DAY WEARS
ON...AS WELL AS AN INCREASE IN LOW LEVEL MOISTURE AND RELATIVE
HUMIDITY HEADING INTO TONIGHT. WETTING RAIN CHANCES INCREASE
SUBSTANTIALLY BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON...AND ON INTO TONIGHT
THROUGHOUT CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA.
