LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WERE SCATTERED OVER MUCH OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
AND A SMALL PART OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS EARLY THIS MORNING. ELSEWHERE
THE REGION, SKY CONDITIONS WERE OVERCAST. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED
PRIMARILY FROM THE LOWER TO MID 50S, WITH THE WIND FROM THE EAST
NORTHEAST AT AROUND 10 TO 20 MPH.

BY LATER THIS MORNING, LOW PRESSURE MEANDERING IN THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE, WAS YIELDING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS PARTS OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS HAD AN OVERCAST SKY, THOUGH VOID OF PRECIPITATION
AT 11:30 AM. TEMPERATURES FROM THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S WERE
PREVELANT.
