TODAY...

THE COMBINATION OF DRY FUELS...GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RESULT IN THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALIZED FIRE
WEATHER CONCERNS ACROSS SOUTHERN VERMONT TODAY. LOW PRESSURE
AND ITS ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL PASSING THROUGH THE REGION
WITH GUSTY WINDS UP TO 25 MPH...ALONG WITH MAINLY ISOLATED SHOWERS
FROM NEAR THE NOON HOUR INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THE COMBINATION
OF CLOUDS AND PRECIPITATION IN THE VICINITY...MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES 25 TO 30 PERCENT AND SOME SNOW COVER ACROSS THE
TERRAIN WILL BE SUB-CRITICAL ACROSS SOUTHERN VERMONT...YET CAUTION
SHOULD BE USED IF ANY OPEN BURNING IS PLANNED.
