PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED GENERALLY WEST OF I-77 FROM
CLEVELAND SOUTH TO CANTON. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP BELOW A QUARTER
MILE IN SOME LOCATIONS BUT WILL FLUCTUATE CONSIDERABLY.
VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY IMPROVE THROUGH 9 AM.
PERSONS TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR VARIABLE
CONDITIONS AND SLOW DOWN AS NECESSARY.
